Geneva to host meeting on Syria between Russia, UN, US next week – Moscow

Geneva may host a trilateral meeting on Syria between Russia, the US and the UN next week, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said on Monday.
“A trilateral meeting between Russia, the US and the UN is planned, we are expecting a confirmation from our US counterparts,” said Bogdanov, who is also the special presidential envoy for the Middle East and Africa. He added that the meeting involving deputy foreign ministers or department directors may take place early next week in Geneva, TASS reports.
