Armenian provocation prevented at Dubai tourism exhibition
Armenian provocation attempt has been prevented at Arabian Travel Market, a leading international tourism exhibition underway in Dubai, said Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Hikmat Hajiyev, AzVision.az reports.
“During the exhibition, the Armenian side attempted to display on its pavilion booklets and maps propagandizing the illegal regime created in occupied Azerbaijani territories,” said Hajiyev.

He noted that the fact was disclosed by Azerbaijan’s Embassy in the UAE and the Consulate General in Dubai, and the exhibition organizers, as well as UAE authorities, were instantly informed of the incident, which prevented the provocation.

Azerbaijan’s Embassy in the UAE and the Consulate General in Dubai are keeping the issue in the spotlight, added Hajiyev.

Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism launched a large pavilion at the Dubai tourism exhibition. A number of local tourism companies are represented in the Azerbaijani pavilion.
