“We see the OSCE’s desire to help with the Nagorno-Karabakh and Transnistrian conflicts,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told a joint press conference following his meeting with Secretary General of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Lamberto Zannier in Moscow on Tuesday, AzVision.az reported.
He noted that the OSCE is actively involved in the Geneva discussions for stability in the Caucasus.
“There are major obstacles to advancing towards peace settlement in the aforementioned directions. However, all the parties concerned are willing to create conditions for compromises,” he said.
