North Korea may inflict nuclear strikes on Seoul and Tokyo, US Secretary of Department Rex Tillerson said at the UN SC meeting.
He noted that Pyongyang will have opportunity to inflict a strike on US in the future.
“Therefore, we cannot remain indifferent to this. North Korea may have opportunities to inflict strikes on US at any time”, he added.
