The opportunities for enhancement of cooperation between the two foundations and implementation of joint projects were discussed during the signing ceremony.
The sides expressed confidence that the cooperation between the foundations will contribute to the strengthening of ties between the peoples of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
It was noted that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Foundation of the First President of Kazakhstan will carry out work to further develop bilateral ties and successfully implement joint projects.
Following the signing ceremony, the Kazakh delegation toured the Heydar Aliyev Center and the Heydar Aliyev Museum.
As part of the visit to Azerbaijan, the Kazakh delegation is due to visit the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Down Syndrome, constructed on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
