Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia intend to sign memo

Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia intend to sign memo

Azerbaijani, Turkish and Georgian Defense Ministers Zakir Hasanov, Fikri Isik, Levan Izoria intend to sign a memorandum on cooperation in a trilateral format, Georgian media reported citing the country’s defense ministry.

Izoria and Isik discussed this issue at a meeting at the International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF) which is being held in Istanbul.

Following the meeting, Izoria said that a meeting of the defense ministers of Georgia, Turkey and Azerbaijan will be held in Batumi in 10 days.

"We will discuss the trilateral cooperation format,” he said. “A memorandum, aimed at improving the quality of our military cooperation, will be signed."
