Azerbaijani president confers honorary titles on persons who died of wounds sustained during 20 January events

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on conferring the honorary title of “Martyr of January 20” on persons who died of wounds sustained during the events of January 20, 1990, AzVision.az reports.
Under the order, Musa Adilov and Rana Mammadova were awarded the honorary titles.
