Bako Sahakyan, the leader of the separatist Nagorno-Karabakh regime created in Azerbaijan’s occupied territories, has signed an “order” in this regard.
Note that, the territories where “parliamentary elections” will take place are recognized as Azerbaijani lands according to international law. UN resolutions 822, 853, 874 and 884 confirm the occupation of Azerbaijani territories by Armenian armed forces.
