Azerbaijani Defense Ministry: Armenian soldier fell victim to lack of discipline in army
“An Armenian Army soldier who was killed on Feb 14 at a military unit located in occupied Azerbaijani territories fell a victim to the lack of discipline in the army,” spokesman for Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry, colonel Vagif Dargahli told.

He said the Armenian Army soldier, Arman Osipyan, was shot dead by his fellow soldier.

“We have information that Arman Osipyan fell a victim to the lack of discipline in the Armenian army and personal dispute. Osipyan was shot to death in infighting with his fellow soldier who was then detained with gunshot wounds,” he noted.

Armenian media reported on the death of an Armenian army soldier on the frontline in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The victim is Arman Osipyan, born in 1995, the cause of death was a gunshot wound at around 04:40 on February 14.
