Armenian behind the blue bird - Twitter targets AzVision- Photo fact
Currently, Twitter locked six accounts belonging to AzVision's foreign language group without any violation of Twitter rules.
Firstly, Twitter has sent the same notifications to all accounts -" ... Your account was locked saying it might have exhibited automated behavior.." Then it suggested different ways to unlock the accounts. For instance, "Press the start button, verify your phone number, enter the code we have sent, your account will be unlocked..."

However, none of the accounts were unlocked after following all above-mentioned rules. At best, they have sent notifications saying " try one more time". Twitter, which asked to wait because of technical problems, has permanently suspended the accounts without showing any reason.

In fact, it is easy to solve this kind of problems in Twitter. You click the "Start" button and the computer helps you. It aroused suspicions doubts as Twitter had hidden the "Start" button from AzVision twitter accounts (in the beginning we thought this is technical problem) and suspended the accounts which mostly tweets news from AzVision.az website.

Three of the locked accounts are the official accounts:

@enAzVision –English version,

@FrVision –French version,

@VzglyadAz–Russian version.

Other three accounts are AzVision employers’ account used to tweet news articles: @worldnewsJ, @Symbol_FR, @mammadli_t‏. In short, Twitter locked not only official, but also employers’ accounts. Note, each of those locked accounts has a great number of followers and were several times cited in international media.

In others words, these kinds of measures taken by Twitter do not seem as an intentional action against AzVision. But why? What or who makes Twitter do all these things? Why would social network lock the accounts of the news website without stating a reason if they did not violate any rules? In order to find answers to this question, we have done research about Twitter. And…

In order to restore your locked account, you should press the “Start” button. The person who regulates the use of that button is from Armenia. Yes, the vice-president of Twitter social network, Raffi Krikorian is from Armenia. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.It becomes clear that he is also a member of the Tumo Center for Creative Technologies in Yerevan, Armenia. He intensively visits Armenia and gives lectures about programming and information technologies to the local people and solve the problems regarding Twitter.

In addition, Raffi Krikorian heads the Twitter’s database, web-servers and department of archived program.

In short, Krikorian detected AzVision team that is one of the powerful opponents in fight against Azerbaijan misusing his position. Our audience knows that AzVision operates in 7 foreign languages. In addition to making news, AzVision fights against the unfair campaigns against Azerbaijan in the social networks and international media. Mostly, Armenians stand behind this kind of campaigns. As usual, there is an Armenian behind it...
