ABA: Seasonal factors have no systematic impact on manat
“Manat rate will always be formed by economic processes”, Zakir Nuriyev, the head of Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA) said.
“We should not wait manat rate to stay at any fixed level. Manat rate will always be formed by economic processes. In accordance with the floating regime, the volatility is normal”, Nuriyev added.

Speaking about impact of the seasonal factors on manat rate, Nuriyev said that these factors have no systematic impacts on manat rate due to the fact that it is regulated by several parameters.
