"ASAN visa will be applied at the customs - border checkpoints”

In upcoming future, “ASAN visa” will be developed and be issued to the passengers during three hours. This system will be available not only at airport, but also at other customs - border checkpoints, Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfaz Garayev told in his meeting with Zahra Ahmadipour, Iran’s vice president, the head of Iran’s Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization (ICHHTO).
Furthermore, the minister touched on the development of the relation between two neighbor countries: “The presidents of our countries achieved the high level s cooperation. In this regard, “ASAN visa” system was launched under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This system has facilitated Iranian tourists’ visit to Azerbaijan. Any Iranian citizen can get an online visa without applying the consulate in Tehran”.
