"Recent incidents in Alkhanli shows that we should be more active" - Kristian Vigenin
"I express my regret regarding the closing of OSCE Yerevan office. There will be no OSCE office in the region any more. I extend condolences to the relatives of the people died in the Alkhanli village of Fuzuli region as a result of Armenian violence. It shows one more times that our presence in the region is very important to prevent further human casualties."
Special Representative for the South Caucasus Kristian Vigenin told above mentioned statement at the 26th Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, AzVision.az reports.

"During my latest visit to Vienna, I have held negotiations with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs. We came agreement on exchanging information about Nagorno-Karabakh conflict on a regular basis. I wish the participation of OSCE MG co-chairs in the meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. Unfortunately, they have rejected my invitation. However, I still hope and do believe that next times the results will be fruitful. I will visit the region on September."
