Kasprzyk reviews scene where Azerbaijani civilians were killed by Armenian shelling
Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, has visited the area near the confrontation line in the direction of Alkhanli village of Fuzuli district.
Official of Alkhanli village territorial representative Ilham Israfilov told APA’s correspondent in Karabakh that Kasprzyk accompanied by the military visited the area near the front line during the funeral of 50-year-old village resident Sahiba Guliyeva and her 2-year-old granddaughter Zahra Guliyeva who were killed as a result of shelling of by Armenian armed units on July 4.

Conducting an investigation on the front line, the Personal Representative then returned to Alkhanli village, and reviewed the scene where the civilians were killed.

Kasprzyk didn’t meet village residents.

On July 4, around 20:40, Armenian armed forces shelled the Alkhanly village of Fizuli region with 82mm- and 120-mm-caliber mortars, including heavy grenade launchers.

As a result of this provocation, village residents Guliyeva Sahibe Idris gizi (1967) and Guliyeva Zakhra Elnur gizi (2015) died. Guliyeva Sarvinaz Iltifat gizi (1965) was wounded.
