"Europe is at the center of the problems that states should resolve on time. On the other side, these problems have not relation with Europe. However, only Europe is at crossing of these difficulties," he said.
He also spoke about terrorism, illegal migration and other problems in Near East.
"We have to pay close attention to those problems. It is important to categorize the sequence of these problems in terms of their priority. It is time to consider seriously the immediate problems," he added.
