Explosion rocks near airport in Afghanistan's Kandahar

An explosion has been reported in Afghanistan's restive Kandahar province, just a day after a blast killed 29 people in the city of Herat, AzVision.az reports citing the Independent.
Local media reported on Wednesday it had been caused by a suicide bomber targeting a security forces convoy south of Kandahar city.
