The construction of the facility started in July 2014, and ended in July 2017.
The three-story building covers an area of 2,124 square meters. All conditions were created there for children. All classrooms are supplied with the necessary equipment. The orphanage-kindergarten has a gym, a canteen and playgrounds.

The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the museum.
The Flag Square complex, of which construction began in 2016, is fully ready for use. The construction of a complex of three hectares has been carried out at the expense of the region's internal funds. The state flag of the Republic of Azerbaijan waves on a flagpole 62 meters in height.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended opening of Alatamir-Marsan-Tasmali-Zayam-Lalali motor road in Gakh district.
The head of state viewed the stands reflecting technical specifications of the road.
Chairman of Azeravtoyol OJSC Saleh Mammadov informed the president that the length of the road makes up 23.5 km, including 7 km-roads to Fisdigli, Marsan and Judullu villages.
The president cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the road. Then they posed for a photo.
