The U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan has appealed to Azerbaijani citizens in connection with Hurricane Harvey observed in the country.
The Azerbaijani Embassy in Washington has opened a hot line regarding the ongoing Hurricane Harvey in the state of Texas, posted on Facebook page of the embassy’s consular service, AzVision.az reports.

“Citizens are recommended not to visit this state of the U.S. in connection with the disaster. Our citizens in the natural disaster zone are asked to follow the instructions of local government agencies and call the US Coast Guard’s phone numbers in emergencies”, says the warning of the embassy’s consular service.
