The ASAN Visa system was created by the presidential decree, dated June 1, 2016, on facilitation of the issuance of electronic visas and creation of ASAN Visa system. Foreigners and stateless persons will be able get visas in 3 steps (apply, pay and download e-Visa) within three days.
E-visa is a one-entry document with a period of 30 days. E-visas are issued only to citizens of 94 countries, listed by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as stateless persons who have permanent residency in these countries.
The ASAN Visa system offers foreigners group visa applications. Group visa applications are intended for a minimum of 2, maximum for 10 people. It is possible to create several applications by use of one e-mail address and payment operation for group members. As many as 167,337 foreigners and stateless persons have obtained e-visas visa the ASAN Visa system so far.
