Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received Dragana Filipovic, the head of the Council of Europe’s Office in Baku upon the termination of her diplomatic tenure, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told AzVision.az reports citing MFA.
