President meets Turkish energy minister

President meets Turkish energy minister

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev met with Turkey’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Berat Albayrak in Baku on Sept. 14.

The sides stressed the importance of the strategic projects implemented by Azerbaijan and Turkey,and expressed confidence that friendly and fraternal relations between the two countries will continue to develop.

They also emphasized the importance of the Amended and Restated Agreement on the Joint Development and Production Sharing for the Azeri and Chirag fields and the Deep Water Portion of the Gunashli field in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.
