The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s Special Representative on the South Caucasus, Kristian Vigenin (MP, Bulgaria) will visit Azerbaijan on September 24, said a message posted on the OSCE PA’s website.
Then, the special representative will visit Georgia and Armenia. His visit to the region will end on September 30.
