The diplomat told reporters that Tehran was ready for any developments around the nuclear deal following US President Donald Trump's statements.
The diplomat added that the commitments of Iran "not to go for nuclear weapons is permanent in the deal."
"I would like to affirm that Iran’s commitment not to go for nuclear weapons is permanent in the deal," Araghchi said during the Moscow Nonproliferation Conference.
Araghchi also said that after the end of the limitations envisaged by the agreement, Iran would not start development of nuclear weapons, but would become "a normal member" of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).
