The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia will meet with the OSCE minsk Group co-chairs in mid-November, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov announced on Oct. 30, AzVision.az reported.
He said it is not yet clear where the meeting will be held.
