Flight price to World Cup 2018 cities doubles

In recent days, the demand for air tickets to the cities of Russia, where the World Cup matches will be held, has grown significantly, the Aviasales ticket search engine PR-director, Janis Dzenis said.
"This week, the second stage of ticket sales for the World Cup 2018 started, and we see the rush demand spread to the flights as well. The flights to Moscow from St. Petersburg for the final match cost 40% more than usual -10,370 rubles against 6,000 rubles. The tickets from Ekaterinburg have risen in price by 5%, the price increase is already noticeable for the flights from Sochi (+ 14%) ", Interfax quotes him as saying.
