Azerbaijan, ADB ink $524.5M loan deal on Shah Deniz Stage 2

The Southern Gas Corridor CJSC and the Asian Development Bank have signed an agreement on allocation of a $524.5 million loan for the Shah Deniz Stage 2 project, Azerbaijan’s Finance Ministry said Dec. 22.
