CSTO PA session moved to Moscow from Yerevan due to PM’s resignation

The CSTO Parliamentary Assembly session will be held in Moscow instead of Yerevan, Chair of Russia’s State Duma Committee on CIS affairs, Eurasian integration and Links with Compatriots, Leonid Kalashnikov told reporters.

“The decision has been made to conduct the session in Moscow instead of Yerevan. It was stated at the State Duma Council session by Vyacheslav Volodin. It will be held October 29-30 in Moscow not in Yerevan,” Kalashnikov said.

He said the decision is agreed with the possible resignation of Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

“The Armenian National Assembly will possibly be dissolved by late October. If it happens with who will conduct the Parliamentary Assembly?”
