Two US citizens wounded in shooting at Afghan-NATO meeting

Two American citizens were wounded in a shooting at a high-level Afghan security meeting attended by top US commander General Scott Miller, NATO said Thursday, with witnesses reporting ongoing gunfire, the Daily Star reports.

Miller was not injured in the attack at the governor's office in the southern province of Kandahar, NATO's Resolute Support mission spokesman Colonel Knut Peters said in a statement.
