“Azerbaijan proved itself as a reliable partner in the South Caucasus influencing the stability and the peace processes in the region.
Savelyev also commented on the statement that Armenia use its right of veto to Azerbaijan’s possible membership to CSTO: “This kind of statements has an impact on the stability within the organization. I suppose Russia’s position will be persistent in the issue of Azerbaijan's membership to the CSTO”.
