Indeed, Nikol Pashinyan created this political game to strengten his authority in the country. Previous parliament was ruled by the Republican-Party which was against Armenian PM Pashinyan. Therefore, prime minister was unable to have control over the parliament. To change the situation, Pashinyan made a technical resignation and achieved the dissolution of parliament.
