  Italian-Azerbaijani International Film Festival continues in Baku -   VIDEO

First ever Italian-Azerbaijan Film Festival which will take place in Baku on January 25-30 continues, AzVision.az reports.

The project aims to promote cinematic language in two countries, its history and evolution. The festival is organized by the Imago Group and Sandro Teti Editore, the United Culture Center, with the support of the Culture Ministry of Azerbaijan. The film screenings are divided into three parts - Italian, Azerbaijani and international.

"The Bra" Film will be screened on 29 January, 2019 in Nizami Cinema Center (Bulbul Ave, 20). Baku, Azerbaijan. Below you can find detailed information about film:

Entrance to the screening is free. First come, first served basis.

Award ceremony is only by invitation.

The Bra

Directed and produced by Veit Helmer.

Shot in Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Supported by German first channel ARD and Cultural Film Fund of the German Government BKM.

Main actor: Miki Manojlovic, Chulplan Khamatova, Paz Vega, Denis Lavant and introducing Ismail Quluzade (a boy from Shanghai-district in Baku).

Supporting actors from Azerbaijan:  Kazim Abdullayev, Gunesh Mehdizade, Qadji Ismayilov, Khumar Salimova, Matanat Atakisiyeva, Sevinj Aliyeva.

Winners will be awarded with specially prepared "Zoroaster Award".

The chairman of the jury of the Zoroaster Prize is Remo Girone, an actor known throughout the post-Soviet space as the performer of the role of Tano Cariddi in the television series about the Italian mafia "Sprut" , artistic director of the festival is filmmaker and screenwriter Claudio Rossi Massimi.

Guests of the festival will be actors and directors from around the world. The festival program includes seminars, creative debates, meetings.
