Azerbaijani FM: We have previously agreed with co-chairs
"We have previously agreed with the co-chairs that we would think about how to give an impetus to the settlement process of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict by the end of April," Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said Apr.28.
The minister noted that the Armenian side is making excuses that they would hold some events in April.

“April is coming to an end. We will meet with the co-chairs in Paris on April 30 and discuss some plans. First of all, the Armenian troops must be withdrawn from the occupied territories. From then on, we will determine our steps,” he stressed.
