The ceremony commenced with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan and was attended by government officials, members of the National Assembly, university rectors, school principals, representatives of the diplomatic corps, as well as graduates and their families.

Among the distinguished guests were ambassadors and embassy representatives of the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium,the Czech Republic, the Kingdom of Morocco, Mexico, Colombia, Greece, Kyrgyzstan, and China.

In her opening remarks, UFC Founder and Director, Dr. Reyhan Huseynova, highlighted that over the past twelve years UFC has helped hundreds of young Azerbaijanis gain admission to some of the world’s most prestigious universities and successfully integrate into the international academic community.

She emphasized that UFC is not only a center for international university preparation but also an institution dedicated to developing students’ analytical thinking, research skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities.

“We consider the success of every graduate to be a success for Azerbaijan. Our mission is not merely to help students gain university admission, but to support their development into knowledgeable, responsible, and globally competitive professionals,” Dr. Huseynova stated.

During her speech, she also noted that the strong support provided by the Azerbaijani government for education and science has created new opportunities for young people. She highlighted that the education policy founded by National Leader Heydar Aliyev is being successfully continued under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, while First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva continues to make significant contributions to the development of education and the comprehensive growth of young people.

Today, UFC proudly contributes to the development of highly qualified human capital for the Republic of Azerbaijan. Through its internationally recognized educational model, experienced academic staff, and extensive global partnerships, the center prepares students for admission to leading universities worldwide while equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in today’s competitive global environment.

It was also noted that UFC is the first educational institution in Azerbaijan to receive accreditation and licensing to deliver the British Foundation Programme. Expanding its international reach, UFC now operates dedicated departments for the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and, most recently, Asia. Through the newly established Asia Department, students will be prepared for admission to leading universities in Japan, China, and South Korea in accordance with international academic standards, further broadening UFC’s global educational opportunities.

Guest speakers highly praised UFC’s international partnerships, achievements in education, and the outstanding accomplishments of its graduates, wishing them continued success in their future academic and professional careers.

One of the highlights of the evening was the presentation of graduation diplomas. Members of the Class of 2026 have received admission offers from leading universities in the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, the United Arab Emirates, and China.
