Former Turkish FM: Karabakh issue reflects failure of activities of international organizations
“The Karabakh issue reflects the failure of the activities of international organizations,” said Former Foreign Minister of Turkey Hikmet Cetin.

He said that according to the UN resolutions, Nagorno Karabakh is the territory of Azerbaijan and 20 percent of the Azerbaijani territories are under occupation. “25 years have passed, but the Nagorno Karabakh conflict hasn’t been solved. Baku Humanitarian Forum shows that Azerbaijan looks beyond narrow boundaries and discusses the problems of the world.”

Cetin noted that one of the main issues being discussed here is ensuring security in the world again: “There should be a new world order, the previous one has failed. The problems have not been solved. Its being discussed at a conference in Baku is very important for Azerbaijan and is a success on a global scale. Azerbaijan has become an important country in the world and is developing rapidly. I hope the world will hear these and take care of unresolved conflicts to ensure peace in the region.”
