Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree on the payment for the education of disabled people of groups I and II and children with disabilities under 18 years of age, AzVision.az reports.
The Decree reads that training for a fee for I and II group disabled persons and children with disabilities under the age of 18 is at the level of undergraduate and graduate schools of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the magistracy of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and in secondary specialized educational institutions from 2019 / 2020 academic year will be paid from the state budget.
