Secretary General of Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States Ramil Hasanov said that today`s meeting coincides with the day of occupation of Azerbaijan`s town Shusha by Armenia.
He expressed assurance the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict would be solved within the principles of international law and the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan would be restored.
The Secretary General also highlighted the activity of the Turkic Council, saying one of the main directions of the Council are to defend the national values of the countries in foreign policy.
The speakers said the Memorandum would contribute to development of cooperation among the think tanks of Turkic speaking states.
The sides had comprehensive exchange of views on the prospects of cooperation.
Deputy Head of the international relations department at the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Arastu Habibbayli was present at the meeting.
