Zakir Hasanov highlighted that the tasks have been successfully fulfilled after analyzing the results of large-scale exercises held in accordance with the plan approved by the President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ilham Aliyev. The Minister conveyed the relevant tasks assigned by Ilham Aliyev to the commanding staff emphasizing the significance of the exercises.
He particularly noted that the internal political confrontations in Armenia may escalate the situation on the line of contact of troops highlighting the current military-political situation in the region.
