Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev has arrived to Baku on 11th of May for two days visit. Patrushev will meet with officials of Azerbaijan, the Head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Ramiz Mehdiyev and the minister of National Security of Azerbaijan Eldar Mahmudov.
