The Head of the Russian Interior Ministry, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, who repeatedly declared about the cooperation of the two countries' authorities, arrived in Yerevan the day before, having met with his Armenian counterpart Valery Osipyan.

As it became known, several suspects in the murder of special forces soldier Nikita Belyankin fled to Armenia. In particular, Grigor Oganyan, who stabbed the special operations forces fighter in the heart, flew to Yerevan on June 2 at 6:20. Following him, the official delegation of Russian law enforcement officers went to Yerevan to the joint board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

Whether the question about the arrest of the suspect was at stake is unknown. This issue was not raised at the official meeting.

According to the arrested participants of the brawl in Putilkovo near Moscow, they bought a ticket for the killer. Allegedly, another participant in the scuffle flew with him. The fight that took place on June 1 began with an inter-ethnic conflict. Two residents came to the Beer House bar; they disliked the group of visitors who had already drunk there. They took out the newcomers to the street and started a fight.

Belyankin saw a scuffle and stood up for them. The commando fired several shots into the air, but this did not stop the fight, and the attackers rushed at Belyankin, as a result of which he received a stab in the heart area.

The management of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow region opened a criminal case under Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (Murder).
