President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Truong Tan Sang has today visited the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of Azerbaijan`s national leader, founder and architect of modern Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev.
President Truong Tan Sang also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
The Vietnamese President laid flowers at the tombs of outstanding statesman Aziz Aliyev and professor Tamerlan Aliyev.
