Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu sat down for bilateral talks in Bangkok on Tuesday, at the 52nd ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Foreign Ministers Meeting, APA reports citing CNN Turk.
