He noted that currently the appeal of the Ministry of Culture is being prepared and will be sent to the Russian Ministry of Culture in the upcoming future.
Recall that Armenian film director Robert Deaf and Russian film director Rano Kubayeva arrange to screen “Valter” movie in the occupied Azerbaijani territory – Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijani Community of Moscow, acting in Russia, has already applied to Vladimir Medinksy, the Russian Minister of Culture.
