Hasanov said President Aliyev instructed the relevant government structures to address the consequences of the fire outbreak in the Binagadi district, to provide all around help to those affected by the disaster.
Hasanov also said that the president instructed to create a special commission for investigating the causes of the fire outbreaks in residential buildings in Khatai and in Binagadi districts of Baku.
