According to the various reports, the explosion occurred in the parking garage near the Ministry of Justice. The blast was strong enough to rattle windows of the neighboring buildings.
The police are heading to the scene. So far, there have been no official reports on casualties, however eyewitnesses claimed at least five were killed and 10 wounded.
It is the fifth terrorist attack on Kabul in two weeks, coinciding with a new offensive by Taliban insurgents across the country.
