The letter of condolences says:
“Mr. President, my dear brother, I was deeply saddened upon hearing the news of numerous casualties as a result of the fire occurred in a residential building in Baku. On behalf of the Turkish people and on my own, I offer my deep condolences to you, Azerbaijani people, families and relatives of the dead, wish the injured speedy recovery. May Allah have mercy on deceased brothers and sisters.
If needed, Turkey is ready to support Azerbaijan. I would like to extend my warmest greetings to you.”
