Armenia is unable to take serious steps toward the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Deputy Head of the Azerbaijan’s Presidential Administration, Head of the Administration’s Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov told reporters from Azerbaijan in Riga on Thursday.
According to him, the Azerbaijani side has always expressed its position on the issue.
“Therefore, we urge the co-chairs to be more active and take some steps”, Mammadov added.
