Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for New York to attend the UN Security Council`s open debate on “Cooperation between the United Nations and regional and subregional organizations in maintaining international peace and security” on Tuesday.
President of Argentina Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner will preside over the debate.
Mammadyarov will address the event and hold the bilateral meetings on its sidelines.
