Inflation drops to 0.5% in Azerbaijan
State Statistical Committee says prices of some products went up
In February, 2013, the price hike of food products increased by 1%, non-food products – 0.1%, payable services and tariffs – 3% caused rise of consumption goods prices and service tariffs by 0.5% in comparison to a month earlier.
State Statistical Committee says prices of some products, such as flour, buckwheat, pasta, beef and mutton, fresh fish, raw milk, yogurt, eggs, butter, sugar, and granulated sugar, lemon, oranges, greens, beets, carrots, potatoes fell; the price of rice, semolina , bread, vermicelli and spaghetti, chicken, sausages, pasteurized milk, sour cream, cheese, vegetable oils, mandarin, banana, apple, pear, quince, pomegranates, chestnuts, cabbage, tomatoes and cucumbers, peppers, garlic went up.
