Russia, Azerbaijan have high-level relations
There are no problems with the bilateral relations between Russia and Azerbaijan, the Russian State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin said, RIA Novosti reported.
“The cooperation is at a very high level,” he said.

"I want to emphasize that there are no problems with our bilateral interstate relations,” he said. “In our estimation, they are at a very high level, including the interparliamentary relations."

Naryshkin made this statement at a meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov in Moscow.

Naryshkin also thanked the Azerbaijani colleagues for their active participation in organizing the events dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. He said that this victory is important not only for Azerbaijan, Russia and the CIS countries, but all mankind.
