 Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan ink agreement on migration cooperation

An agreement on cooperation in the field of migration between the government of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan was signed in Baku.

The document was signed by Vusal Huseynov, Head of the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan and Erlan Turgumbayev, Interior Minister of Kazakhstan, the State Migration Service told AzVision.az.

Addressing an event held at the State Migration Service, Huseynov praised the successful development of political, cultural, economic and trade relations between the two countries.

Huseynov expressed his confidence that the newly-signed agreement will contribute to boosting future cooperation.

Later, a Kazakh delegation led by Minister Turgumbayev viewed the Heydar Aliyev Museum at the State Migration Service. The Kazakh delegation also visited the Center for Detention of Illegal Migrants.
